Terms of service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. Pharot is not available in jurisdictions where crypto-asset services are prohibited.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Pharot provides staking, lending, and custody services for digital assets. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

A 15% performance fee applies to yield generated. No deposit, withdrawal, or management fees. Fee schedule may be updated with 30 days' notice.

Digital assets are highly volatile. You acknowledge the risks set out in our Risk Disclosure and accept full responsibility for your investment decisions.

You may not use the platform for money laundering, terrorism financing, fraud, or any illegal activity. We reserve the right to freeze accounts pending investigation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pharot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in London.
