Privacy policy

Email address, IP, device information, transaction history, and any data you voluntarily provide.

To operate the platform, prevent fraud, comply with applicable law, and improve our services.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers (custody, analytics, compliance) bound by confidentiality agreements, or when legally required.

You may request access, rectification, deletion, portability, or restriction of your data. Contact privacy@pharot.de.

We retain data for as long as your account is active, plus the period required by anti-money-laundering regulations (typically 5 years after account closure).

Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Access is strictly limited and logged.
